I am a molecular biology graduate student, and this is the best lab coat I have ever worn. It is extremely soft, comfortable, and fitted as well! There are some reviews that state that it is not as fitted as desired, but it is made well and appropriate for women of all sizes and shapes. I have found that the upper sleeves of lab coats are often very tight when reaching or stretching, but that is absolutely not the case with this coat; they are loose enough to roll up if desired, but not baggy. My measurements are 45-37-47, so I ordered the XL and it fits wonderfully. My only qualm would be the lack of a lapel pocket for pens and pencils. I would give this coat a 4.5 for no pocket, but the overall quality compensates.
